Terms of use

The rules for using ThreadEducation, and what you may and may not do with what we publish.

Scope

These terms govern access to and use of ThreadEducation, published by BUZZDAYS FRANCE. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Access

The site is free to read and requires no account. We aim to keep it available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, technical failure or events outside our control may interrupt it, without entitlement to compensation.

What the content is

Articles are editorial and informational. They are sourced and verified before publication, but they are not individual professional advice — medical, legal or financial — and they do not replace consulting a qualified professional about your own situation.

Knowledge moves. An article reflects the state of the evidence at the time of writing; a later article, or later research, may qualify it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is protected by copyright. You may:

  • read, print and store articles for personal, non-commercial use;
  • quote a short extract for comment, criticism or review, provided you credit ThreadEducation and link to the original article;
  • link to any page of the site freely.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • republish an article in full or in substantial part, anywhere, including in translation;
  • reuse our text, illustrations or photographs for commercial purposes;
  • present our content as your own, or remove attribution;
  • use the content to train an automated system without an agreement covering it.

For syndication or licensing, write to contact@threadeducation.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to circumvent its security, to extract its content by automated means at a scale that affects its operation, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

What you send us

If you send us a correction, a suggestion or any other message, you allow us to use it to inform our editorial work. We will not publish your name or your message without your agreement. How we handle the data is set out in the privacy policy.

External links

Links to third-party sites are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Liability

We publish in good faith and verify before publishing. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect consequences arising from the interpretation or application of published information, nor for damage resulting from access to the site or the impossibility of accessing it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The applicable version is the one published here on the date of your visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
